Why: To remember, honor, and respect Fallen Soldiers and their Families for sacrifices made for our country.

What: Hogle Zoo-Survivor Outreach Services Information Table

Where: 2600 E Sunnyside Ave, Salt Lake City, UT
Why: SOS staff will host a table at the entrance of Hogle Zoo during Military Appreciation Day to help facilitate Survivor access.

Where: 108th Training Command, Charlotte, NC
Why: SOS will host a candle lighting remembrance ceremony by gathering around the 108th Command Memorial Statue to post pictures and recognize Fallen Soldiers.

What: Fallen Soldier Tribute Toa o Samoa Community Worship
When: 24 May 2015, 1500 – 1600 Candlight Vigil during the Worship Service
Where: CCCAS Church Fagatogo
Why: SOS will co-host the candlelight Vigil of Hope at the Toa o Samoa Community Worship service. The special lighting of candles brings the community at large, leaders, the Military, Veterans, and Reserves together with their families to honor the Fallen Soldiers and those who have passed on.

Where: American Samoa Veterans Memorial Monument, Tafuna
Why: SOS will co-host in collaboration with the Veterans Affairs Office and the Governor’s Office of American Samoa. This annual wreath laying event brings the community at large, leaders, the Military, Veterans, and Reserves together with their families to honor the Fallen Soldiers and those who have passed on.
