Instructor Training Course / Briefer Training Course Gallery

Over 37 gathered in Orlando, Florida the week of July 22nd to participate in the Instructor Training Course / Briefer Training Course (ITC/BTC) offered by Army Reserve Family Programs Directorate (ARFPD). The week began with ITC, which is focused on increasing the participants’ proficiency in instructional skills, and was followed by the BTC where new skills were presented for preparing, tailoring and delivering standardized meetings to meet an audience needs. This class is open to ARFP staff, statutory Volunteers and Soldiers who have been identified as Instructor/Briefer candidates.
