Family Program Director/Coordinator Training

This training provides Family Program Directors and Coordinators with critical updates on Army Reserve Family Programs and Services and training on specific job-related duties, skills and/or tasks.

Family Readiness Support Assistant Training

This course provides orientation and training to new Family Readiness Support Assistants (FRSAs). Sessions include: Family Programs Capabilities, Roles and Responsibilities of the FRSA, Working with the Command, AR Structure & Culture, Duty to Warn and OPSEC/PII.

Instructor/Briefer Training (ITC/BTC)

This is a two part Instructor course.

INSTRUCTOR: Increases participantís proficiency in instructional skills and serves as a pre-requisite for the Briefer Training Course (BTC) and Facilitator Training Course (FTC).

BRIEFER COURSE: expands on the skills learned in Instructor Training Course (ITC) and teaches new skills for preparing, tailoring and delivering standardized briefings to meet the audience needs.

Audience: ARFP Staff, Statutory Volunteers and Soldiers who have been identified as Instructor/Briefer candidates

Soldier Support Information Management (SSIM) Training Level I

This mandatory training acquaints ARFP Staff with tools and resources available on the Support Service Information Management (SSIM) system. Participants will learn to utilize the system to record contacts, sessions, marketing efforts, update SM/FM contact information and schedule/manage various events, trainings and conferences. Access to SSIM is contingent upon successful completion of a practical exercise test.

Audience: ARFP Staff

Soldier Support Information Management (SSIM) Event Management Training Level II

This training acquaints ARFP Staff with event management tools and resources available on the Support Service Information Management (SSIM) system. Participants will learn to utilize the system to schedule/manage various events, trainings and conferences. Access to SSIM Event Management module is contingent upon successful completion of a practical exercise test.
