Army Reserve Family Programs
Family Readiness  SR+FR=MR

In the equation SR + FR = MR; Soldier Readiness (SR) together with Family Readiness (FR) are equally important and vital to Mission Readiness (MR).  The Army Reserve Family Program is committed to offering education, training, awareness, outreach, information, referral, and follow-up.  Through these components, missions are accomplished both at home and during periods of military separation.

Army Family Action Plan - AFAP
AFAP LogoThe Army Reserve offers an avenue for your voice to be heard –  the Army Family Action Plan (AFAP).  This process seeks input from Soldiers, family members, retirees, Department of the Army Civilians (DAC), volunteers, and representatives of the Army in the form of issues and recommendations for change.  Leadership ensures that these issues of concern are formally assigned, monitored, and managed as they are worked toward resolution.
