If you do not select an event in your residential or command region, you may be denied to attend the event in which you have registered and be contacted with information about an event within your residential region. You will then be required to re-register for a seperate event.
Read below to learn how to register for an event:
Note: On-line registration will typically open no later than 30 days prior to the event and typically closes 2 weeks prior to the event. If the event type is not underlined and in blue, then on-line registration for this event has not yet been opened, please check back at a later date. Please be sure to register before the deadline.
1. Login. You must be registered and logged into this site (www.arfp.org). 2. Click on the event. After you have registered and/or logged in, please click the event type within the Date and Region in which you wish to attend. By clicking on the event type, you will be redirected to the conference registration page for that event. 3. Create a password. You will need to create a conference password as well, please be sure to enter the name, e-mail address and seperate password for each registration, if registering more than one Family Member. 4. Complete the Form. Please fill in all required information in the conference registration form. 5. Review/Submit. Review you information is accurate and confirm. (Travel Orders may be issued based on this information, so please verify information entered is correct.) You're Done!
You should receive an e-mail within 24 hours notifying you that you have been successfully registered. As the conference nears, you will be sent an approval e-mail with conference venue information and a Welcome Packet.
